MUMMIES

Good morning everyone!!

I made these mummies with just a piece of 2x4 that my husband had in the garage!! I saw this last year at the Harvest Craft Show.

I don't know how they did it, but here is how I did it, hope you like it!!

You will need 3 pieces of the 2x4 at 6,5 and 4, white roll gauze (bandage), acrylic paint, I used white and suede, mod podge (to glue the bandage to the wood) foam brush, and big googles eyes. (don't forget the news paper to protect your counter)

I start painting the wood with the white paint, let it dry for 20 min

wrap around the gauze and using the mod podge like glue at the end

Then I use the suede paint in some parts of the mummy to have a dirty look (or old) glue the googles eyes

and here they are!! don't you think they are so cute??
Hope you enjoy my project and make some for your little ones!!
Have a nice day!!
