HALLOWEEN BANNER!!!

I don't know if this is call a banner or not, but It's kute!!! I made some flowers several weeks ago and I liked the way they look that I decided to used the same technique in my "banner" For me October is going to be Home Decor Month!!! With Halloween and Christmas here!! I just need the time to make everything I want. Have a nice day everybody!!
